Lately, I had been experiencing sleeplessness with super charged energy as thoughts and inspirations flowed freely. Amazing phenomenon!
Finally, a decent enough night's rest! I was supposed to meet my friend, Dianna, for yoga class but I didn't hear the alarm clock go off!
Regardless, I picked up my running shoes and went for a run on the jogging track next to my apartment block.
If I were to move to Norway, there is noway that I can enjoy starting my day only in my T-shirt and shorts armed with a mobile phone camera without freezing to death first!!
The day started well and was extremely productive. I am looking forward to turning in earlier tonight so that I can do it all over again.. being PRODUCTIVE.
